@swan617 Former Call Center Agent here, nag reresell ako ng luxury items online, minsan paldo minsan hindi. Pero kung co compute ko expenses at kita ko sa pag oopisina, same same lang magiging pera ko. So naging full time na lang ako sa pag oonline selling. And searching and learning new things to earn online. Hawak ko pa oras ko. Pero if may family ka na need buhayin, need mo talaga yang work kasi ang pag nenegosyo, walang kasiguraduhan.
@rohan True, actually 1 year na ako walang work and full time na pinapaikot yung pera ko sa business ko. Ok naman naka abot na ko 6 digits sa profit pero nababawasan because of bills and puhunan.

@swan617 Magpa-rent ng apartments. Low maintenance yun tsaka hindi mo naman everyday kailangan inaasikaso. Saktong maintain lng. Kaso nga medyo malaki ang kailangan na capital.
@gypsyjill88 How profitable po ba ang magpa-rent? Marami po kasing nagsasabi na pwedeng magloan to buy a property for renting, and then let the renters pay for the mortgage + other expenses. Kaso usually sa ibang bansa yun ginagawa. Feasible pa rin ba yung ganung model sa pinas?
@swan617 Low maintenance is my apartment complex 15 units I bought it with tenants already and for 3 months I was so bored all I do is collect rent that I started a motor shop to keep me busy
