For context, our kasambahay has been with us for over 30 yrs now. We have been wanting to get another one to help her (given her age and she also has maintenance medicines already). Pero nasa magkano na ba ang range ng sahod ngayon? Also, magkakaiba ba ang presyo ng all around sa mga nag-aalaga ng mga bata, etc.? Or may iba’t ibang klase ba ng kasambahay?
I apologize for the naive questions. I really don’t know kasi kahit may “sahod” siya, di rin niya ginagamit kasi lahat ng pagkain, medications, shopping, leisure activities, etc sa amin. Iniipon lang niya pang pocket money daw if we were to travel lol. Our yaya has been a family to us and she will always be.
Lastly, takot kaming maloko o manakawan if we were to hire. Any tips po?
