Banned because of using it. No support. The idea is making money through investments and trading, then top up using gcash and gcrypto to pay my utility bills. So, after doing so for a few months, banned without clear explanation. Support forms broken, so no contact.
@happycamper843 Kaya nga tinangal sila sa DFA as mode of payment kasi nagkaka error sila. Tapos ngayon grabe makasingil may 1% transaction fee from paypal to gcash.

@rkebreau Yup. If you have suspicious transactions, they can ban you without prior notice. If you are employed, with an active payroll account and employment info, they couldn't careless whatever you do especially if you have a decent paying job.
@happycamper843 based on your transaction history puro receive, sell and withdraw lang transactions mo, walang buy. So you're not "trading" sa platform nila, you're just receiving money from somewhere, which could be somehow flagged as money laundering because it's unclear how you're making money.
@bethann21 Ako din receive, sell, withdraw lang ang transaction since December last year. Kinakabahan na ako kasi mas malaki ang amount na wini-withdraw ko base sa screenshot nya.
@unclefester You don't really have to worry kung majujustify mo kung san nanggagaling ung income mo. Pero if you're really into trading. Better use Binance.
