@silentnight1 Never a good idea to buy bumi property unless it is for own stay and you have no plans for moving in the long term.

Or unless you have a contact in PTG who can convert the lot to a non-bumi lot for you after owning the property for several years

@silentnight1 Any below market price property (low-cost housing and bumi lots) is subsidized by non-bumi private property owners. It's called a cross-subsidy.
