@resjudicata SGBs are listed on the exchanges and you can buy them if someone is willing to sell.

Search for SGB in zerodha or upstox like you'd search for any other stock or ETF and you'd see a list of all the listed SGBs.

You can also buy via your bank whenever RBI issues fresh SGBs.
