@raebeizzo I have joined the Pagibig hosted Virtual Meetings and this is one of the questions, the speaker did say that dividends calculation is based on the earnings made by pagibig 70% of the fund is used in housing.

But he also did not deny that having a bigger pool of investor will reduce the dividend.

If any it is a combination of both.

@raebeizzo Intindihin mo muna yung business model ng pag ibig. More investors mean smaller piece of the pie is the truth. More investors doesn't mean more loaners. Loaners make the earnings and profits of pag ibig not the investors! Hahahha sabat pa bago aral ikaw ang fake news.

Kahit gaano kalaki ibigay ng investors sa pag ibig, kung walang naghahousing loan, walang sila mabibigay na dividends sa investors. Gets mo ba???
