SBI OTP once abroad

Does anyone have experience with the SBI OTP on the RMN while abroad? I have the Online OTP app but its buggy and one day asked me to login again with another OTP. I don't have access to network on my Indian number while abroad and cannot do it. Is there anyone that I can contact? SBI customer care is awful.

@gabrielbb You can get OTP on roaming. It has nothing to do with SBI. You should be able to receive SMS on your sim even abroad.
