@annz I would run several different scenarios with different returns to see if it’s worth leveraging so heavily to eke out a couple of extra percentage points.
@annz It's a gamble that always paid off. Probably will again with crazy immigration, but who knows. At one point, large real property growth will end in Australia but we don't know when.
