Try to carpool, get a bicycle or motorcycle maybe? Much cheaper than owning a private car.

Another point worth noting for Investment is dump money into Private Retirement Schemes (PRS).

This is mainly for tax relief so suggest not to invest more than RM3K per annum.

So if we were not yet going to loan, we shouldn't apply a cc as it'll end up just wasting the fees right
