@truthvsmedia Expectations count in terms of the market’s reaction; the actual sales were higher than the expectation so therefore it’s good news. Theoretically because markets already knew the retail sector would be hard hit by a massive decrease in sales, that was already ‘priced in’ (can’t believe I’m saying that), all it matters now is that its future expectations are exceeded.
