Aiming for FIRE by 40: Seeking Wisdom on Asset Allocation & Financial Goals

I am 29 M,Doing Business - also self employed since I even do freelancing. Looking to FIRE by age 40.

Getting serious about FIRE this year But confused regarding a few things. Here’s my current breakdown.

Monthly Inwards: 2 L post tax

Current Expense: 40 k

PPF: 1.5 L

ELSS Fund: 1.5 L

GOLD SGB: 1.5 L

Mutual Funds: 3.8 L

Stocks: 8 L

Real Estate(Plot- Pune) 50 L

Liquid Cash 15.48 L

Physical Gold 2 L

Total = 81.78 L

1. No Liabilities(Parents are Independent with a house and medically covered).

2. I already have Health Insurance and Term Insurance (5 cr till 55)

3. Real Estate Plot is debt free and so is my personal car.I may not inherit anything. Monthly spending is 30k currently

4. Looking forward to get married this year(Possibly a working wife) and settle in tier 2 city [5 L]

5. Shall stay at parent's 3 BHK house, May move out- But would opt for rented apartment

Q. Confused about the figure to keep in mind for FIRE. I was looking at 8 Cr but looks like even 5cr would suffice. Please share your views.

Q. What to do with my immediate Liquid Cash( Assume it to be 10 Lakhs) since 5 L would go in marriage.

Q. Since I do business, A good year can be 40L and a bad year can be 20 L post taxes. Just sharing here to keep in mind.
