[Colorado] Wrong 1099g and S.A.V.E. Pending issues

Finally had my callback. They told me I needed to submit a photo of the back of my Perm res card.

I have faxed them. I have mailed them.
The upload only allows 1 photo at a time and there are no instructions.

Guy stayed on the phone and confirmed he received my photos. Said by this past Friday I would see pending drop and payments by this week.

Still pending. Resubmitted photos. I have 2 s.a.v.e. On my account pending issues. Now they say complete. Pending.

I also submitted 1099g form to get a corrected form. How do I file my taxes?

What I got is less then what they originally listed on my 1099g

I have 4 weeks of certified payments pending issues.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

@yankeesgiants Any updates? I’ve been stuck on SAVE verification for a month and a half now. Even after they said they have everything

@wistfulangel Save went through I had to upload the back and front of the perm resident card

1099g won’t get here till 2022

@yankeesgiants Hey thanks for sharing your experience. I’m in same situation in very long time. I scheduled call back twice they didn’t even call me back. Also I mailed them documents but nothing changed. Is there any chance do you remember the fax number so i can fax them copy of my green card? I don’t know what else i can do
