@kindnessc I don't particularly think so either - maybe as a blend and extend - but these guys were still at 3.39% for 5-year fixed (Vancouver + Victoria only?) a few days ago so you never quite know what some random local lender might be doing.
@resjudicata Ya, I was surprised too. I'm still wondering if the agent is making a mistake, or maybe its an incentive to keep me from switching, but they are offering 2.89. It is with First National.
They said they secured the rate for me back in Feb i think. I just haven't pulled the trigger.
