So, Eros was paying settlement to investors recently and there is still a possibility to file a late claim.
This settlement resolved old scandal because of the financial disclosures (and undisclosures). And this is a description of the eligible class: "All persons and entities who or which purchased or otherwise acquired Eros Media World Plc, f/k/a ErosSTX Global Corporation, f/k/a Eros International Plc (“Eros”) class A ordinary shares (New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”): EROS) and/or ErosSTX common stock (NYSE: ESGC) during the period between July 28, 2017 and August 3, 2021, inclusive, and were damaged thereby."
So, if you were damaged and are eligible, you can file for the payment here (they still can accept the late claims) or through the settlement administrator.
