@mollym8505 For real. Give it a shot. I followed directions down to the the same entry for the SSN and I got through within an hour or two of trying this method.

If you don’t mind, report back here if you get it to work, just so people know it’s still a viable method.

As for required documents... I uploaded my DL and SocSec scans via the Send UIA a Message system in MiWAM. Are there any other documents I should upload first? I haven’t received a form from them in the mail yet...

@kevintolsmachristchurch No all I sent was ssn and state id so you should be good, didn't have to send the mailed letter but maybe i will anyways once i get it.

@kevintolsmachristchurch Good question, they'll ask for the number on your driver license have that ready if you don't know it off hand, then they ask for your ssn to confirm it matches and the current resident address that matches to your file. I believe that's the only 3 things they asked for

@guitarguy12 They said it won’t reflect on my end for 2-3 business days (and with the weekend who knows when that will be) but that the Stop Payment Indicator will be removed and those payments should go through.
