Update: I called their support. Even they don’t know what they say. Supposedly I changed my address (I didn’t) and I had to wait “for the server to be reset between 5:45 to 6:45 CET before trying to trade again”.
Probably on the call they confirmed my personal info and fixed the issue. A few minutes later trading was again available.
Hi everyone, Swiss living in Switzerland.
I want to buy some Canadian stock from TSE, but I’m getting this error message:
Not allowed to open a position: account mifid2 short cod* is missing
I’ve opened a ticket with IBKR yesterday but still haven’t heard of them.
Anyone has managed to get over this?
