Prior authorization after rescheduled procedure?

I had a procedure that required pre authorization on 3/7. It was originally scheduled for 2/26 but the provider cancelled on me so we had to reschedule. They obtained the pre auth on 2/9 and the dates listed on it are from 2/9-3/8. This should be fine, right? I’m just a little nervous because the date had changed but the date of my procedure is still clearly in this range. Just worried about getting hit with a bill if there’s an issue w the auth.

If the procedure fell outside the date range range, retro-authorizations are super common.
