Auto insurance accident question

@married6242017 “Prove it” or at least they will be thinking it. Look my dude, at the end of the day they represent the other person. Not you. They are contractually obligated to protect their insured. Without evidence your words mean nothing to them. They will always take their insureds word over yours. Just like how if you had insurance, your insurance would take your word over theirs. Their inspectors will make sure all damage is relevant to the accident because it is in their interest to only pay damage from this claim.

@coolguy123 I get that lol. I dont care for them to represent me or not . I just want to make they not gonna try to say i did the other damage that was already there prior to the accident w me . Also what if he tries to say he was not driver ? If and In case he wasnt under the policy
