spdr s&p 500 etf is on invest engine at 0.03 T.E.R is there a catch?

It seems to be cheaper than invesco and vanguard

Is there anything wrong with this etf is it safe

Is there reason it is 0.03 T.E.R but higher on other apps ?

@lindaloud It might have the lowest OCF, but it also has one of the worst returns relative to the index.
