@kcnalp Around 60% (36% of total) of MSCI World is the USA, the rest (40% => 24% of total) - developed world excluding the USA.
So, you want to have a portfolio with 36% USA, 54% developed world excluding the USA (mostly EU)? The USA accounts for over 53% of total world stocks (I believe, it went up in 2019):

I am not commenting on the bond part as I currently only invest in stocks (I don't need the money right now). I went with:
- USA: 60%
- developed World excluding USA: 20%
- emerging markets: 10%
- individual stocks, mostly REITs: 10%.
