Beginner Seeking Assistance with IBKR Investing Costs

Hey, I'm financially illiterate. I just learned about T212 and started investing last month. It seemed pretty easy and straightforward.

I read some guides and opened an IBKR account last week. I'm trying to invest into a simple VWCE (which is called VANG FTSE AW USDA on IBKR, right?). I read that it should cost around 1.5 euros per transaction, but it's costing me 4 euros.

I have a tiered account and trying to invest 1000 euros atm.

Unable to attach image here somehow, but it says:
INVESTMENT SERVICES COST: 4.06
Transactional costs: 3.80
Commissions (entry n exit): 2.50
Exchangw and regulatory fees: 1.30
Etc
What am i doing wrong here?

@glory2jesus The tiered one is the correct one for amounts less than 5000. Maybe you just need to wait one or two days as the change from fixed to tiered is not inmediate and by default the fixed is enabled when creating an account.

@glory2jesus There are different fee structures. You probably want the other one, I think fixed fees is what you’re after.
