Selling rental to K.O

Hey team, does anyone have any advice or points of contact?

Looking to head across to OZ and wanting to sell to them.

@cdlara381 I work with them, they generally don’t buy unless its strategic for then. I.e., if your house is between two other KO units

@luckymum In an area where ko are about to build 50 homes. Figured it might be worth them having one more
