Insurance coverage question ( Argument about accident)

Im trying to figure out if I don’t have car insurance and i drive a vehicle that has car insurance (Owner of vehicle has full coverage) what happens is the vehicles insurance even able to be used does it affect anything legally?

@roundrock2023 You insure the car. It follows the car. You drive a friend's car that's insured, its insured.
