    @tinagomez You can't argue anything. You can PROVE their valuation is low by providing COMPARABLE listings. A car in CA isn't comparable to a car in Texas.

    @caymele The conditions they use to rate your vehicle is the condition it was in .1 seconds before the crash. So no, damage from the crash itself is not held against you. But damage on the opposite side of the vehicle from the impact will be held against you because clearly it was there before...
