@dzwukor Do you believe your 2020 claim was legitimate? If yes, read the information about appeals and follow the instructions.

[[Pennsylvania]] self employment v unemployment Q?

@sfonoti That would surprise me if they disqualified you for the remainder of your benefits based on one "week" of self-employment work and earnings. In Colorado (again no idea how PA works), they would have to determine if your self-employment prevents you from being available and actively...

[Illinois] Will I have to return my benefits?

[COLORADO] Received a notification of non-monetary determination, but have not applied for benefits for more than 3.5 years

@fendertl5 They are. Seems this is probably a software developer (Deloitte) issue, since it went out to thousands of people. If it were a planned thing, the UI Employees would have been prepared for it. They weren't. I know some who work there and it was an "all hands on deck" day for phones...

@iaen No. Your wife will need to list you as a verified contact before they'll talk to you about the claim.

[Colorado] Phase 2 Official Announcement Email from CDLE

@bethany123itsmeeeee When those weeks open for certification, you should be able to select which claim you're requesting under. Not sure how that looks in the myui+ system, but it should be there somewhere.

@belinda02 Because the old work didn't go away when benefits ended.
