    @gdinspirations A lot but not all. The amount really doesn’t have much to do with it, it is more about the frequency. If you are in CA, try the fair plan, FL, then Citizens.

    @onward Interestingly enough it depends. One of the carriers I place biz with will accept D/F fire scores so long as the PC is less than 6.

    @jdubya It is an awful market and I hope we see some relief in the coming year or two. Clients don’t understand and it makes for long days.

    @brandon05w Great idea! Most carriers also have a surcharge for more cars to drivers, so you should see what the premium would look like without them on the policy.

    @yayas Carriers look back 3-5 years on water claims. Carriers, due to the hard market, are now restricting water claims to one claim within the last 3-5 years for new business. As others have mentioned, force placed insurance from your lender will likely only cover the loan amount. Meaning...
