[Wisconsin] unemployment pandemic tax credit question

During the pandemic, I luckily, was only on unemployment for 6 weeks after being furloughed. I collected roughly $5800. While collecting, I did not tax out any federal or state taxes (dumb, I know.. but besides the point.)

My question is when I filed my taxes prior to the newest bill being signed, I would have had to pay taxes on that income, right? They (H&R block) would have automatically seen it when I put $0 in federal taxes claimed on this income, so I am assuming my refund was deducted due to the lack of taxes being paid on it. Will I still see a relief for this? I am assuming it would be very minimal but I just want some understanding. I tried checking my transcrips and couldn't find any info on tax paid on unemployment benefits. TIA
