My company has two different Cigna Open Access health plan options, which one is better?

Option 1: $25-75%
My monthly share of the cost: $680
In network
Deductible: $0
Coinsurance: 25%
Out of Pocket Max (Individual/Family): $3,250/$6,500
Doctor Visit Copay: $25
Imaging (X-Rays, MRIs, etc): 25% after deductible
Hospital Inpatient: Deductible, then 25%
Hospital Outpatient: $25 copay
Emergency Room: $100 copay

Option 2: $1,500-$45
My monthly share of the cost: $500
In network
Deductible (Individual /Family): $1,500/$4,500
Coinsurance: 25%
Out of Pocket Max (Individual/Family): $5,000/$10,000
Doctor Visit Copay: $45
Imaging (X-Rays, MRIs, etc): 25% after deductible
Hospital Inpatient: Deductible, then 25%
Hospital Outpatient: $45 copay
Emergency Room: Deductible able, then 25%

Out of network is the same for both plans. Coverage includes me and my spouse, we don’t have children nor expect to have anytime soon.

Thanks for the input in advance!

@indianalisa If you anticipate high or moderate medical needs: Option 1 due to the lower out of pocket max and first-dollar coverage.

If you anticipate low medical needs: Option 2 due to the lower premium. If it comes with an HSA all the better.
