I'm finally planning to put approx 40k a month for saving for a deposit for a house (for approx 4-5years increasing the same as income increases).

Apart from FDs where to put the money?

Currently here's my investment portfolio/month. My net is 100k/month (rounded down)

A. 4.16k nps (voluntary contribution)
B. 12.5k/month ppf
C. I used to do sip in Nasdaq but stopped for now, cuz diverting the same towards house deposit thing. Around 6-7k
D. 40k a month for monthly expense, the money left goes to just an fd in a savings account for emergency/spends (traveling home etc).

E. Remaining 40k I wanna use to accumulate money for deposit (this is also the emi which I'll have based on the budget for the house I have at current rates, so this will also let me know if this is doable or not), which I'll put in FDs (different banks once the cumulative amount hits 5lacs in one account).
