What should my friend do?

My friend recently got into a car accident when he was barley on his way home from buying the car off Facebook market he got into the accident with it so it isn’t in his name nor he has insurance on it but heres the thing the person who he got into an accident with didn’t have insurance either but now an insurance company is contacting him about the accident stating it is from the other driver insurance wanting to get a statement should he answer or what should he do next?

@christfollower7 He probably should call back to figure out who this insurer is and what they need. Unless your friend already had insurance on another car, he was driving uninsured. It is possible that his license will be suspended because of this, especially if he was at fault.
