“You asked for a managed repair company and we issued payment to them accordingly to completed the repairs to your home of $1,235 if you don't wish to move forward with them we will have to cover the estimate only fee and pay you an ACV payment for your claim but the claim cannot be closed without payment at this time due to the vendor being also asked for to due managed repairs.”

@anton_james I think we’ll need more information about the status of you claim to give you more than a guess. Are you trying to close the claim? Are you trying to get a different contractor to do the repairs? Are you trying to not do repairs? Do you want to withdraw the claim?
