Turning in my renters insurance late

Hi! I just moved into an apartment on November 15th and I was supposed to turn in my renters insurance within 30 days...I forgot and now I'm scared that I will get evicted even though my two rent payments were on time. I havent received a call from my Leasing agent but I plan on slipping the renters insurance policy paper in her box tomorrow morning (I just filled out a form and now I have renters insurance). I think be turned in on on Monday December 30th.....

Will I be sent to court?

@one12man I'm not a lawyer, but I imagine you are fine.

Having renter's insurance is something a lease may require, but it's more of a compliance thing. I doubt you'll have an issue, especially if they didn't follow up with you.
