This company's Alzheimer's Drug is in Clinical trials (DD + question about overnight offering)

Alpha Cognition Inc. ($ACOG.V) is a biopharmaceutical company that is developing treatments for Alzheimer's Dementia and ALS. Currently, one of their Alzheimer's drugs is in clinical trials and is expected to hit the market as early as 2023.

My grandma has dementia and I can tell y'all that there is hardly any treatment available so $ACOG 's drug could be a HUGE development in the fight against Alzheimer's.

$ACOG.V made an important announcement today, stating that their overnight public offering which opened on Sept. 23rd and was going to close on Sept. 29th has been extended to Oct. 1st.

Currently, we know very little about the price, contents, and terms of the offering as that is all going to be determined by a syndicate of agents. The agents will define the pricing, terms, and size of the offering based on the market contexts.

What do y'all think this is going to do to the overall price? Should we expect to see big changes after the offering closes on the 1st?

Today $ACOG is slightly down, trading at $1.37/share

MC is about $71 Million
