@liltoancau Where are you? Because in Perth rentals are all super high and vacant is almost 0%. Rents are on the way up big here.

@goldencrownofthorns Likely Sydney or Melbourne. Vacancies were on the up and up well before COVID thanks to plenty of off the plan apartments from 2-3 years ago coming onto the rental market.

@liltoancau Can you expand on koala data ? What does it do and does it back-capture data?

@john83 It’s a chrome extension. It captures prices moves up and down, listing date, etc. Pretty handy. I’ve had it for a few months and found it insightful. Not sure about back capturing but I’d recommend giving it a test run.
