Stocks and Shares ISA or Guaranteed 8% YoY?

@jewelz613 Interest paid by family is Taxible.

Assuming no debts I would £20k in ISA, £5k in Bank account and then in a few weeks add the £5k to your ISA or open another one.

How much are you looking at spending on your flat? The LISA could work out okay for you too. (You can open a S&S ISA and a S&S LISA in the same year)..
 
@jewelz613 8% YoY is achievable in lots of ways but those ways are rare and often require huge sums of money to access. Unlikely to be the case. Plus ISA window is once a year. Miss it and miss out.
