Colorado Here- we had our car stolen on Jan 12. When I called to make a claim it turned out that my agent had made a mistake even though I had a policy number they had never completed the process on their side. So I had never been billed. I was told to reinstate and back pay the insurance it was going to be $890, done. The car was then recovered on Jan 22nd and towed to a dealership to wait inspection.
It’s now been two months since the car has been recovered and nothing has moved forward. The car is still sitting uninspected and I feel in the dark about what is going on. We have a loan for $4000 grand on the car so we have comprehensive insurance with State Farm.
When I called today I happened to get ahold of my associate’s boss and he was in the dark about the whole thing as well. Should I get a Lawyer?
