I'm kinda in a pickle here been saving up for retirement and all is within fruition. Problem is the possible choices I have a rather dim to say the least.

So, I was given the following options considering the economy is quite terrible at the moment heading to a possible downhill

I have the following options

Fund proposed pension options

Full pension with growth

*R2 232.89 per month

Invest your full benefit of R450000 in an annuity which generates an income that grows at the rate of inflation each year

Lump sum and pension with growth

*R1 482.94 per month

Take one-third (R150000) of your benefit in cash Invest two-thirds of your benefit (R300000) in an annuity which generates an income that grows at the rate of inflation each year

Full pension with growth

• *R2 299.61 per month

• Invest your full benefit of R450000 in an annuity which generates an income that grows at 7.0% each year

Full pension without growth

• *R3 915.81 per month

• Invest your full benefit of R450000 in an annuity which generates an income that does not grow at all each year

• *R1 527.40 per month

• Take one-third (R150000) of your

benefit in cash

• Invest two-thirds of your benefit (R300000) in an annuity which generates an income that grows
