Really need guidance: Do I choose the super cheap apartment or the comfortable one?

@berighteous Personally if it was me, I’d be choosing the cheaper one and making it comfortable. You can be happy with less. While you’re there you are able to save a lot more money than if you were living in the other one.

@berighteous After moving into a house in 2018 and not being able to afford a washer and dryer until I sold my old house a couple months later, I bore Apartment B. The cost of laundromats is high and they take time. The garden area would also be high on my list.

@berighteous I'd go for comfort. Both are affordable, but the second one will save time for going to a laundromat and you also get a yard to bbq/garden/relax in. Since you doordash, time is money, and you'd have to wait at the Laundromat for clothes to be done. Meanwhile if you had an in unit, you can take your time and also with in between loads if you want to.
