@kingsley You would have needed to register for the auction for them to invoice. You don't just watch an auction and get billed.

@kingsley Sounds like a system error - ie the email is automated but the wrong data point has been utilised. Sounds like you’ve already screenshotted everything - wait it out, contact for clarification, etc.
