Part time jobs for a full timer

So I have a great job with the county I live in Monday-Friday, 40 hrs a week, paid holidays, great insurance the whole 9 yards. Pay is just fine and I’d be in a way better position if I got a little push. I’m currently trying to find a part time job I can do M-F anytime after 4pm. It’s been difficult to find anything because I still have to keep my weekends opens since my full time job can require me to work a weekend here and there at different times of the day so I can’t really rely on being free for a part time job on weekends. Ive looked into a lot of places, grocery stores, customer service, fast food, and countless indeed scrolling. Any recommendations on where to look for such a specific part time schedule?

@piedone Lowkey a gas station. Most would have a shift after 4 or you could work like a 4 hour shift at a fast food place. I worked at chick fil a and we would have 5/6-10/11
