I think this is extremely funny, although if you were in a bad mood you might not think so because it's just another example of waste - if you total up everything here it probably cost the insurance at least $20 to try and get $0.11. I only got this bill a day or 2 ago from a reputable Insurance company that I haven't had for over 4 years. The $0.11 bill explains on the second page that it was the insurance's error beginning on 2/21/17 and ending on 8/23/17 - more than 5 years ago!
