NRE/NRO accounts with zero minimum balance.

Are there any banks which offer NRE and NRO accounts with zero minimum balance ?

@resjudicata I don't think there are any that offer "zero balance" minimum.Being NRI they expect a minimum in these accounts

@resjudicata IDFC bank doesn't have a limit. They charge you a penalty of Rs100 or Rs 200 if you request a service like replacing a debit card etc while your account balance is lower than Rs10,000. I have an account with them. Their website is slow but still usable. Rest service is on par with others.
