My parents are under evacuation alert due to a forest fire that is close by. The problem is that their house insurance is due any day not (not sure on the exact date). The whole town is under alert and therefore the broker's office is closed. Is there any way for them to pay on line or something? None of their policy or payment information has changed. We are in Canada.
