@morehumble Mercury was overcharging me $1000s after they took 9ver from Trust Power because they were charging based on estimate readings that were at one stage over 100x my actual use. Seems they don't adjust the estamate rate after a manual reading either, while they'll credit the account an estimate reading the next month will still be about 20x my use. It's a piss take, make people pay more, drag feet repaying overpayment through whatever policy they use for correction, meanwhile earning interest on all the money their customers overpay in ther interim.
