It’s OE - do I need Accident coverage and Vol Life & AD&D

I am relatively young, not married, and don’t have kids. I will get married later in 2022. So QLE, even though I don’t think these benefits qualify. I already have group life and both STD and LTD.

Please provide your input. Thanks in advance!
