Involved in accident, other insurance denies claim

@readercuthbert because Car A travels more distance. Either way you'll have to go through your insurance because what is happening is Car A is saying "i stayed in my lane" and Car B is saying "i stayed in my lane" so the insurance for Car B sees no reason (and no evidence) to assume their Car B customer is lying, and the burden of proof is on the Car that is trying to convince the other to pay for their damages. Sounds like police even showed up and said "welp there's no way to tell whos lying" so yes, whomever wants to be fixed will have to utilize their own first party coverage for scenarios just like this. It's a risky maneuver for both cars, and knowing that both cars should have been paying more attention to the other but sadly there wasn't a lot in the way of defensive driving going on in this intersection that day.
