Try not to dwell on the past, and instead be inspired by what this means for your future. No doubt the cloud being lifted from ceasing those two activities will also contribute to a successful future!
@jeplet Not to mention you will be feeling and breathing better. When I quit weed I realized I was way more onto it and had ideas and motivation again.
Although you might stand here now saying “I should’ve quit earlier” you will definitely be standing there in many years time saying “I’m glad I quit when I did”.
