I have a question about Farmers New World Life Insurance

All the documents for my claim has been completed, they also finished there investigation and confirmed my mother's death in the Philippines. I gave Farmers the CRODA from the U.S Embassy in the Philippines, since she was a U.S. Citizen, but died in the Philippines. If everything is complete how much longer is the wait for payment?

@tulip13 This is a question for the carrier, not us, as it could depend on internal processes. I would pick up the phone and call them.

@tulip13 I realize this thread's been inactive for quite some time, but I was wondering what was the process you took to retrieve the CRODA for your mother. I'm currently trying to figure that out with my dad who was also a US citizen and died in the Philippines. I've sent an email to the email address on the US embassy page for the Philippines but haven't received a response in over 6 months.
