@gd44 Yeah that would be much harder. I think how it’s phrased makes a difference. Charging rent vs asking an adult child to help with some of the bills/food costs. Inflation is no joke right now and everything is way more expensive.
@sansimeon When I was taking classes in person (which will also happen next quarter) I still worked full time. The point is - it’s possible to go to school and to work, especially at a part time job? Some classes in my degree are available online and some aren’t- that doesn’t negate being in school?
@vulcan That does suck. And it's not empowerment, it's enslavement to our debt based system. If this was 70 years ago and you were working this hard, you'd be very well off.
