I’d like to buy a new car. What is my best option. What should I know before making an order?

@krimmie I doubt $800 (about equal to 6 tank refills) for a charger is going to be the deciding factor if you think it's smart to spend $100K on a car. But make your own predictions about future costs.

@krimmie Have an EV, would never go back if you have 100k to splash, you should seriously consider one from a running costs point of view unless you really just hate EVs for whatever reason, which is fine.

Installation of a home charger is a drop in the bucket compared to ongoing maintenance and more expensive fuel costs of a ICE vehicle.

Can get cheaper 10amp charger options as well if you aren't in a hurry.

@krimmie If you want to spend close to 100k, I highly recommend a BMW 3 series station wagon. Either 320 or 330i.
